Man today was busy at work again, everyone is needing to take vacation before the end of the year. The vacation part is not the issue. We are already shorthanded cause they did not hire anymore people.. but we get handed more work for migrations for users… why.. why us.. We do everything already for the company. Where’s the extra compensation? Where is the thanks…
Sorry I do not normally complain about these things, but it has been hard the last few weeks when we learned about our pay going down with a new title…. New titles are normally a good thing.. I ask what about the little people? What about the families of the little people? Yes I know I should be glad that I still have a job with all that has been happening, but but.. Money, don’t take it away, at least find a way to break even please… That’s all that I ask, nothing more. (at this time)
New Job Title, but…
How can I get a new title and get a pay cut? One of the bad things about company take over/merger…. We work crazy hours for the company and take on a lot more work, but still seem to get shafted at the end…
Now I an out looking for a new job with better pay.

Hope whom ever reaches this page has had a great Christmas and a happy New Year to come. So far my holidays has been great. Being able to spend time with the family is great. Was able to see my family and spend time with the wife’s family. I really think that my son enjoyed this Christmas because he is getting older and starting to understand what its for ‘Presents’ lol. He is only 3 so he still has some growing up to do.
I got some great gadgets this year, and yes I love gadgets. I am really enjoying my Zune and HD player for the Xbox 360 that I have received. I love the picture and sound of the HD movies, just wish there were a little more titles but of course they belong to Sony. I am not ready to pay for a PS3, if anything I would get a Wii before a PS3 or Blueray player. I love my 360 and many of the games that have came out and will be out for it.
At Best Buy this week they are offering buy 2 HD-DVD’s and get one free! w00t!
IPhone & Apple
I really do think that Apple has hit a home run with the IPhone and the Ipod. I would love to have a IPhone but just not ready to spend the money on one just yet. It has great features that changes they way phones used, well for the most part. I have really liked Apple products since high school, but just couldn’t afford some of there higher end computers. I think the next computer I do buy will be a Mac. The wife does many thing with graphics and I think it would be a great tool to help her in the future. I think she does a great job with the projects that she has completed and some that are filed away. Personally, I would love to get more into video, photo editing and maybe publish some things on the net.
1 month virus???
Man my son and I have been hit with a cold that will not go away. We thought we were both getting better but it just lingers. We have taken my son to see the doc and she says it’s probably a virus that just won’t go away. We did get a prescription for him but it was really just to help prevent an ear infection. I hope it goes away soon.
